OUR STORY
Our company Nordic Marketing Service Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 and our business started from a home office only with a few employees. Thanks to hard work and professionalism, our company is growing fast and we currently employ more than 30 sales-, marketing- and customer service professionals and serve our customers in several different languages. The core of our business is the production of various outsourced operational functions and personnel solutions for international and Finnish corporate customers. Our company is headquartered in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.
THE FUTURE
Our plan is to grow our business at the current pace, and to grow into one of the largest Contact Center companies in the Nordic countries in the near future. Our operations are always based on nurturing our own values and philosophy, which is reflected in our daily cooperation with our partners. Your customers are always our priority. As the side costs of our operations in Southeast Asia are lower than in Europe, our promise is based on finding and offering low-cost but high-quality outsourcing solutions to our partners.
WE ARE BOI-APPROVED
We have been awarded a BOI (Board of Investment) certificate on behalf of the Thai authorities, which enables us to do business legally and continue to grow our business in Thailand. This also guarantees our workers in Bangkok good working conditions, a visa with which they can legally reside in the country, and an adequate level of pay for a good standard of living.
